The dish keeps its own diagnostics: obstruction percentage, where the obstructions are, alignment, thermal state, and its own count of recent outages and their causes. This module collects that and keeps it, which turns “the internet is bad here” into “there is 1.4% obstruction to the north-east and it costs us a few seconds an hour”.
Paired with RS1.STARLINK.LINK, which measures the link from the outside. When the two disagree, that is itself the finding.
